Shandong TIANLU Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. , established in 2004, is a high-tech enterprise recognized by the Chinese government, headquartered in Taian City, Shandong, China. Spanning a 48,000-square-meter facility with 600 employees, including 120 university graduates and 80 R&D specialists, TIANLU is the largest mini excavator manufacturer in northern China, producing over 8,000 units of mini and standard excavators annually. With a corporate vision to “build a first-class enterprise, foster first-class employees, and make first-class contributions to society,” TIANLU has maintained a steadfast commitment to quality, safety, efficiency, and service, achieving a 99% customer satisfaction rate across 80+ countries.

Over the past 21 years, TIANLU has expanded into construction, boom lift，mining,port machinery, earth-moving, compaction, and foundation treat-ment equipment, securing over 60 national patents and filling critical gaps in China’s machinery market. Our long term collaborations with Shandong University, Chang’an University, and Jinan University drive 15% improvements in hydraulic efficiency and 20% reductions in emissions. What We Do

TIANLU Heavy Industry specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, leasing, and construction of advanced constru-ction machinery, focusing on fully hydraulic crawler mini excavators (0.8–6 tons) , boom lift and compaction equipment. Our products are designed for urban and rural construction, road and bridge projects, pipe networks, landscaping, farmland improvement, and water conservancy, offering 30% higher maneuverabilit and 20% lower operating costs than larger machinery . TIANLU’s commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability positions it as a trusted partner for contractors and farmers worldwide.

Product Development & Fabrication

TIANLU’s state-of-the-art 48,000-square-meter facility, equipped with 200+ advanced processing machines, supports a robust R&D and manufacturing process. Our 60-person R&D team, collaborating with Shandong University, Chang’an University, and Jinan University, has secured over 60 national patents, including innovations in hydraulic systems and compaction technology. These advancements improve efficiency by 15% and reduce emissions by 20%, filling critical gaps in China’s machinery market.

The company's sales and service network covers more than 20 provinces, cities and districts in China, and is exported to various countries around the world. Among them, the high-speed hydraulic vibrating compaction machine accounts for more than 50% of the total sales volume in the Chinese market.

As of now, the company has received many honors such as "National High-tech Enterprise", "National Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", "China's Outstanding Comprehensive Performance Award for Construction Machinery", "Shandong Province's First (Set) Major Technological Equipment", "Shandong Province's High-end Technological Equipment New Product", "Shandong Province's Manufacturing Single-Market Champion Enterprise", "Shandong Famous Brand", "China Enterprise Federation Member", "Member of the Shandong Road Society", etc., and has more than 10 patents and copyrights. In December 2017, "High-speed Hydraulic Adjustable Oscillating Compaction Equipment Based on Real-time Monitoring" passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong Province, and the evaluation result reached the international advanced level.

In December 2018, the key technology research and application of environmentally friendly intelligent control high-speed hydraulic pile driving hammer passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong Province.

Wuhan Tianlu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was formally established with a registered capital of 1.06 million yuan, opening a new era of vigorous development of Tianlu Group.
Shandong Tianlu Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, and in the same year, Tianlu Jitai Construction Machinery and Equipment Production and R & D Base was officially completed, laying the foundation for the development of Tianlu Group's northern market and marking the rise of a large-scale and modern Tianlu Group.
Shandong Tianlu Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, and quickly developed into the mainstay of Tianlu Group.
Tianlu Heavy Industries participated in bauma China 2014, opening the door to the international market and taking the first step in foreign trade.
Tianlu Heavy Industry participated in the 3rd China (Shanghai) International Technology Access **, developed international resources, and won more transnational cooperation.

Shandong Tianlu Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "National High-tech Enterprise".
Tianlu Group moved to a new location, settled in the Light of Civilization Industrial Park, established the Tianlu Group Comprehensive Industrial Park, and continued to write a brilliant Xinhua chapter.

Tianlu Heavy Industry was invited to participate in the preparatory meeting of the "10th Deep Foundation Engineering Development Forum". After nine years of careful cultivation, the Deep Foundation Engineering Development Forum has formed a distinctive feature of focusing on the development situation, closely following the needs of the industry, integrating resource cooperation, and promoting technical exchanges. Striving to create an annual industry event and promote in-depth cooperation of industrial technical capital, the Deep Foundation Engineering Development Forum has now become an indispensable exchange frontier, resource platform, and cooperation highland in the industry.
The 2020 Shanghai BMW Exhibition ended successfully, and Tianlu Heavy Industry ended perfectly. Bauma CHINA 2020 ended at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on November 27th. This exhibition showcased innovative products and technologies in the fields of construction machinery, mining raw material extraction and processing equipment, building materials machinery, accessories and services in an all-round way. Everyone witnessed the inheritance and development of China's construction machinery industry.
Shandong Tianlu Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. won the Shandong Province Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise. In order to implement "Made in China 2025", guide manufacturing enterprises to focus on intensive cultivation, innovation and quality improvement in sub-product areas, enhance international competitiveness, and promote our country's industry as a whole to move towards the middle and high end of the global value chain, forming a prominent single champion position in the market, technology and other aspects, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise Cultivation and Enhancement Special Project Implementation Plan" in 2016. Notice (MIIT Industry [2016105], decided to carry out the special project action of manufacturing single champion enterprise cultivation and promotion.
All provincial and municipal departments of industry and information technology and industrial economic federations carried out this work simultaneously.
