The TRF series high-speed hydraulic ramming machine is a new generation of multi-functional ramming equipment integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic functions, developed on the basis of the TRA series ramming machine. This ramming machine has two forms: forced drop hammer (double-acting) and free drop hammer (single-acting). It is controlled by a computer, powered by hydraulic energy, and can be adjusted for multiple levels of impact intensity. It can complete the ramming treatment of complex foundations such as flat surface ramming, inclined surface ramming, and step surface ramming, with the influence depth reaching 3 to 10 meters.

It is mainly used for compacting the back of abutments, the sides of culverts, the junction of new and old roadbeds, high embankments and other road and railway roadbeds, compacting the building trenches and backfill soil, and compacting the landfill of domestic waste and harmful substances. When used for reinforcing the roadbed of expressways (railways), it can allow the compacted roadbed to continue to settle by more than 20 cm after reaching the compaction standard.

Speed - The machine is installed on standard excavators, typically ranging from 30 to 90 tonnage. It can start working within a few minutes after arriving at the site.

Control - The machine has an excavator cab for precise control and is electronically monitored for the degree of compaction.

Data such as quality - impact energy and compaction degree are recorded by the on-board calculator, so as to provide on-site managers with compaction data. Through the data, it can be seen that there are weak areas that need additional filling or areas with underground obstacles (i.e.,previously hidden old foundations).
